A Brooklyn Winery Wedding
I am so happy to introduce you all to Rich and Danielle, whose Brooklyn Winery wedding I recently had the pleasure of photographing. This couple met while working at one of the sky’s most friendly airlines. And though they met rather un-romantically at work, Rich more than made up for it by popping the question to Danielle on a very romantic trip to the Amalfi coast in Italy. Here are all the details of their hip, yet sophisticated, wedding.
Every detail of their intimate Brooklyn Winery wedding reflected the couple’s down home tastes and love of family: the reception was a sit down dinner, served family style. And rather than have traditional cake cutting or bouquet toss ceremonies to break up the evening, DJ Vida spun the entire night which gave guests plenty of time to dance and chat. Complimenting the homespun chic atmosphere were some glorious floral displays by Greenery NYC.
The priority for this couple, who are huge foodies, was to serve their guests their favorite dishes. The comfort food menu included fried chicken and macaroni and cheese, while a variety of pies and desserts were served instead of a traditional wedding cake.
