Hillary & Michael’s Harvard Club Wedding Photos
I am so pleased to introduce Hillary and Michael, whose lovely wedding I photographed this week. They started off their nuptials with a small ceremony in their backyard, followed by a much grander reception the next day. A wedding split over two days equals twice the celebration. Get all the details and fun Harvard Club wedding photos in this week’s blog post!
Brooklyn Backyard Ceremony
Hillary and Michael wanted their ceremony to be a relaxed, intimate affair. As such, there was no better place to hold their ceremony than their backyard. They own a brownstone in Brooklyn that has been in their family since the 1940s. Their separate ceremony was a great way to have a private exchange of vows, but still enable them to celebrate on a grand scale with friends and family.
Hillary’s sister served as officiant, and there was a wonderful candle lighting ceremony that included every guest. Bubbles and champagne followed (plus a little apple cider for the flower girl).
Harvard Club Wedding Photos
The reception was a much larger affair at the Harvard Club that overflowed with warmth for the couple. The highlight of the night was the hora dance that brought the entire group together. Enjoy the photos!
