Event photojournalist. Portrait photographer.
New Yorker.
I love my job. For me, photography is the art of visually telling a story within a single frame. Not coincidentally, I started out in life wanting to tell stories as a screenwriter. After pursuing the bright lights, big screen of Hollywood, I spent many years working in the financial world. Finally, in 2010, I opened my own photography business here in New York.
My technical training comes from the International Center of Photography. I am also a graduate of the 2011 Eddie Adams Workshop which annually selects the top 100 photojournalism students for participation. I have had the pleasure of working with such clients as the World Wildlife Fund, United Way, and the University of Central Florida. My work has been published nationally in New York Magazine, Martha Stewart Weddings, and the Orlando Sentinel.
While I have lived all over the world and originally hail from the Sunshine State, I am proud to call New York City home. The vitality of NYC is something I pack into each and every photograph. I’m constantly roaming the subway for new inspiration. So if you see me on the street with camera in hand, stop and say ‘hi.’ I would love to show you the city through my lens.
