Windsor Terrace Engagement Photos
A picture is worth a thousand words, right? Here is a couple whose wedding story I can’t wait to tell: Stephanie and Shane. I had the pleasure of photographing their engagement portrait in Brooklyn this fall. Stephanie and Shane love their Windsor Terrace neighborhood, and wanted to tell the story of how they fell in love by taking viewers on a tour of the streets and shops they call home. Enjoy your visit through Brooklyn with Stephanie and Shane’s Windsor Terrace engagement photos.
We started the day in historic Green-Wood Cemetery. This location might be a bit morbid to some, but to these two Brooklynites (and me!), the cemetery is a beautiful spot teeming with statues and greenery that is as old as Brooklyn itself. We then walked up Prospect Park West to Bartel-Pritchard Square and photographed the couple in their favorite shops, including East Wind Snack Shop and Windsor Wine Merchants. A big shout out to Terrace Books that allowed us to take photos in the bookstore. Stephanie and Shane love to read and spend many an hour looking through the shelves at Terrace Books. We ended the shoot – as I like to do with all my photo sessions – with the couple enjoying a beverage together and a moment to unwind. This time at one of their favorite pubs, The Double Windsor. The perfect end to a perfect day.
