Mia’s Fort Greene Park Family Portrait
Hi everyone! I hope you are enjoying this beautiful weekend. I wanted to share with you photos from a lovely Fort Greene Park family portrait I photographed yesterday. I was honored to photograph the wedding of Sarah and Jomy two years ago (see the photos here), and I am so pleased to ‘complete the circle,’ so to speak, by sharing with you photos of the newest member of their family — Mia!
Mia is precious, and quite a ham in front of the camera. She is happy all the time, and the ‘little maniac’ (as Sarah calls her) couldn’t have been more pleased to have her moment in front of the camera. We started our session at the entrance near Willoughby Avenue, and concentrated most of our time near the Prison Ship Martyrs’ Monument.
Time was limited during this particular session, but if you are planning your own Fort Greene Park family portrait session, I would also recommend exploring the forest area closer to the Brooklyn Hospital as well as the playground.
