Marisa & Colin’s Greenwich Village Engagement

June 24, 2013 No Comments

You’ve already gotten a sneak peek at Marisa and Colin’s 1920s-themed wedding, but here’s a look at their lovely Greenwich Village engagement shoot.  We started off at Washington Square Park, and then toured the West Village.  Marisa and Colin love this part of the city, and their engagement shoot hit all of the places near and dear to their hearts.  Check out all the photos in today’s blog post!

Couple dancing in front of Washington Square Arch during a Greenwich Village engagement sessionI always advocate that my clients select a location for their engagement shoot that reflects their personal connection.  It is easier to tell a love story when you have a location selected that means something to you both.  The love will show show in the pictures, as it does here with Marisa and Colin.  All of the spots we visited for Marisa and Colin’s Greenwich Village engagement shoot — from Washington Square Park and Washington Mews, to Kettle of Fish — were locations where they had either had a date or had grown to love together as a couple.

Enjoy the photos, and if you would like to see images from Marisa and Colin’s fabulous 1920s-themed wedding at the Alger House, then click on this link.

Interested in scheduling your own Central Park engagement session?  Drop me a line and let’s talk about setting up a shoot.
